Founder of Midlife to Millions · Capital & Retirement Strategist · Real Estate Investor

The short version

I’m Trystan Trenberth. For 20+ years I worked inside complex systems engineering and cyber security, including fintech environments where precision matters and small misses become expensive later.

In midlife, I had a hard realization: I was doing retirement “right”, but not well. I wasn’t broken. I was uninformed. And I wasn’t alone.

The pivot

In 2019, reading Rich Dad Poor Dad changed the direction of my thinking. I began learning how capital actually works outside employer defaults, and in 2020 completed my first fix-and-flip. Since then, I’ve completed 20+ flips, built rentals under management, and navigated the whiplash of multiple market cycles.

Most people think their risk is market-based. It’s usually structural.

What I do now

I coach high-performing professionals (typically mid-40s to mid-50s) who earn well, have meaningful assets, and still feel uncertain about their retirement trajectory. We start with clarity, not products.

  • Clarity before products.
  • Constraints first, returns second.
  • Accuracy beats optimism.
  • No urgency is a feature.

A bit more human

I’m a father of two adult children. I love travel, photography, music, fitness, golf, hiking, and skydiving. I also care deeply about mental health, especially in teenagers.

Educational only. Not financial, tax, or legal advice. I am licensed to sell life insurance products; product recommendations occur only after careful understanding of unique fit.
